A suitable day sack or rucksack whilst out hiking and cycling.
A mountain bike each
Basic puncture kit or spare inner tubes
Some basic tools to facilitate repairs on route
Suitable wet weather clothing (sorry we can’t guarantee the sun)
Suitable walking footwear
Suitable cycling footwear
A compass or GPS
Basic First Aid Kit
A copy of the Ordinance Survey Explorer map
Mobile phone(s)
Pen and pencil and some paper may be useful
Cycle helmet
